The Price County Farmers Markets run each Saturday morning in Phillips and Catawba, and also on Tuesday in Phillips during high season. You’ll find the season’s best bounty of vegetables, fruits, flowers, and specialty products from local vendors. All of the agriculturally-related items are produced in the region.

Price County area farmers, growers and producers also sell food products, many organically grown, directly from their farms. You will find fresh products including shiitake mushrooms, organic hay, food grade oats, honey, maple syrup, fruits, vegetables, bison and other meat, Christmas trees, milk, eggs, beef, wild berries, pork, lamb, soaps, house and bedding plants, beeswax lip balm, chickens, herbs, jams, worm casings, home & garden crafts, llama manure, lama & sheep fiber for spinning and turkey. Local restaurants and grocery stores are encouraged to buy locally and directly from farmers. Consumers can make a significant difference by asking for local products when in area restaurants and food stores.

Corner of Maple & Avon Streets, Phillips, in the lot just north of Copps Food Center
Every Saturday 9am - noon; also during high season Tuesday 3:30 to 5 pm. The market location is just off Hwy. 13 on Balsam Street in the parking lot just north of the courthouse (look for the Blue water tower). Markets may continue into October if vendors have items to sell. Items available for sale will include apples, pumpkins, gourds, sweet corn, berries, maple syrup, honey, tomatoes and other fresh vegetables, hormone free meat. Some of the items that are available on a regular basis include all kinds of vegetables and fruits in season, herbs, homemade soap, honey, candy, houseplants, dried flowers, llama fertilizer and other llama products, breads, cookies and rolls, beef and mutton meat, eggs, wild blueberries, raspberries, bedding plants, maple syrup, and more. 715-339-6516
