Big Falls County Park & Campground - 15 acresLocation: W11337 Big Falls Road, Kennan, WI - Hwy. 8 to County N then south about 10 miles. (Map) Description: This scenic river-edge park is located in the southwest corner of Price County along the South Fork of the Jump River. Flanked by tall white and red pine, the Jump River cascades around huge granite rocks and provides viewers with a "wild river" environment. Smith Lake County Park & Campground - 300 acresLocation: N14763 Omaha Road, Park Falls, WI - Hwy. 13 to Park Falls , west about 2 ½ miles on County E, then south about 1 mile on Omaha Road, unpaved. (Map) Description: This park, located southwest of Park Falls, consists of the forest and lakefront property surrounding Smith Lake, part of the Flambeau River, with river access to two canoe-in campsites (no fee) as well as the park and 30-unit campground. There is access to the 74-mile multi-use Tuscobia State Trail via Omaha Road (approx. 1 mile) with ATV riding allowed May 15 thru Nov. 15 on the 62-mile stretch of trail from Park Falls to Birchwood and snowmobile riding allowed early- to mid-December thru March 31, weather permitting. Other trail uses include hiking, biking, horseback riding, and snowshoeing. Adjoining this park are 1,000s of acres of industrial forest land and the Flambeau River State Forest . This campground can accommodate RVs, trailers, tent trailers, and tents. There is also access to the Park Falls Tuscobia Trailhead County Park (approx. 4 miles). Park Road, Phillips, WI - Hwy. 13 north of Phillips to Old 13 Road, 2 ½ miles on Old 13 Road, then 2 ½ miles on West Solberg Lake Road to the park entrance, located northeast of Phillips (Map) Description: A premier northwoods campground and day-use park located on a 35-acre peninsula extending into Solberg Lake . This 60-unit campground accommodates RV's, trailers, tent trailers and tents. Solberg Lake is perfect for fishing, water skiing and swimming. There is a beautiful beach on the southern most point surrounded by red pine. The campground usually fills up on weekends Memorial Day through Labor Day & the weeks preceding and following the 4th of July. (Park Map)

Tuscobia Trailhead County Park - 39.58 acresLocation: N15400 Park Lane, Park Falls, WI - From Hwy. 13 in Park Falls, take County Road E west about 1/2 mile, turn north into the park. (Map) Description: This day-use park opened in 2000 and is located on the outskirts of the City of Park Falls. There are two parking lots providing trail access to the 74-mile multi-use Tuscobia State Trail with ATV riding allowed May 15 thru Nov. 15 on the 62-mile stretch of trail from Park Falls to Birchwood and snowmobile riding allowed early- to mid-December thru March 31, weather permitting. Other trail uses include hiking, biking, horseback riding, and snowshoeing. A wetland restoration project at the park resulted in a 5-acre pond that is supporting a waterfowl population.
