LUGERVILLE CHASERS 13th Annual PIE AUCTION

November 22, 2008

Flambeau Field, Lugerville
9 p.m.  A pie auction is being held to raise funds to help supplement the Lugerville Snowmobile Trails. Club Members and locals donate pies for the auction. All monies earned go directly back into maintaining the trail system in Lugerville including Trails 80, 87, 88, 90, 121 and 141. E-mail: almyers@pctcnet.net

LUGERVILLE CHASERS NEW YEAR'S DAY HANGOVER PARTY

January 1, 2009

Flambeau Field, Lugerville, on trail #90

1-5 pm . The NYDHOP is for raising funds to help supplement our Lugerville Snowmobile Trails. Club Members and businesses all donate goods to be raffled off during the day. The Ticket Raffles, guns, picture and Amish Quilt are held at 4:30 p.m. The Club serves a fine luncheon and the public is welcomed to join the festivities! All monies earned go directly back into maintaining the trail system in Lugerville.  Food, games, raffles, fun for all!  This is a snowmobile club public event.  Fundraiser for Trails 80, 87, 88, 90, 121, and 141. Duroy Lake in downtown Phillips

Saturday - 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Radar Runs at Birch Island Resort on Wilson Flowage (on snowmobile corridor #12 southwest of Phillips), 400-yard track (snow side & ice side); Modified Class: 1 run for $10, Trail Class: 3 runs for $10; Snowmobiles & Lawn Tractors welcome.  An evening dance is being held at Club 13 during which the Winter Fest Queen coronation will be held as well as raffle prize drawings.

Sunday - Ice fishing contest on Duroy Lake; a “tagged” walleye will be released with a prize of $5,000+  to any person that can catch it. Entry into the fishing contest is with the purchase of a $5.00 raffle ticket with a chance to win several very nice prizes.

ELK RIVER PIONEERS WINTER PICNIC

February 16, 2008
Russo's Hill, Phillips

Starts at noon and continues throughout the day.  Club members provide soup, chili, hot beef sandwiches, beverages and a bonfire right along trail snowmobile Trail #80/Corridor 12. From Phillips, take snowmobile Corridor Trail 12 southwest or take Trail #86 on the south end of Wilson Lake to Trail #80. To get to the location by automobile, take Cty. Rd. W from Phillips to Danish Settlement Road, then turn left on Carpenter Creek Road and go about 1 mile.
