- Inmates must follow directions given by the escort officer.
- All inmates will be handcuffed and shackled when being escorted to court proceedings or transported outside of the facility.
- All inmates must be in full uniform during any movement.
- Inmates must walk single file when being escorted in groups.
- Inmates will not be allowed in the Jail Office or attorney visitation booth unless approved by Jail staff.
- Inmates will not be allowed on stairways unless accompanied by Jail staff or for cleaning as directed by Jail staff.
- Maximum Security inmates will be handcuffed during all movement.
