Inmate Work Program

  1. Inmates who are sentenced with Huber privileges may be eligible for the inmate work program.
  2. Acceptance into the inmate work program is at the discretion of the Sheriff and Jail Administrator.
  3. The inmate work program operates on an as needed basis. Work may be seasonal, etc.
  4. The inmate work program is not a paid work program. Work is done to earn time off a sentence at an hour for an hour rate.
  5. Inmates who wish to participate must submit a written request to the Jail Administrator.
