What is the Community Support Program (CSP) and how does someone qualify?

  • For people living with serious and persistent mental health concerns
  • Comprehensive team-based treatment and support designed to meet an individual’s needs toward community independence

  • 24/7 crisis services
  • medication management
  • social and recreational skills
  • support and training
  • supervision of daily living activities
  • supportive psychotherapy
  • symptom management

Price County takes referrals, checks Medicaid eligibility, and completes the functional screen

  • If found eligible, we send the referral over to our contracted provider and they provide the services to the client
