- County that issued the TRO

Register for Notification: Either online or using your telephone keypad, enter the FULL WCAP case number, the respondent's FIRST and LAST name and the COUNTY of the case. The WCAP case number will be the year, followed by the letters CV or FA, and then six numbers. For example: 2013CV000065.
You can receive notification via phone and/or email. If you select to receive notification by phone, you will be asked to choose a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number)when you register. Choose a number that is easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.
If you do NOT enter your PIN, the system will call you again in two hours. You MUST enter your four digit PIN to hear the notification message. Notification calls will display phone number 502-213-2798.
Firearm Restriction: If an injunction is issued at your hearing, it may have a firearm restriction. If it does, you will be notified when the respondent surrenders any firearms to local law enforcement. The respondent may be able to surrender firearms to a third party, in which case you may not be notified. Please be aware that not all orders have a firearm restriction.
Important Safety Reminder: Do not rely solely on VPO for your safety. If you feel you may be at risk, contact the Price County Sheriff's Office or your local law enforcement agency to report concerns and/or victim service agency for assistance with safety planning.
